Nationality: Nationals of any African country currently living and working within Africa.
Age: 20-35 years.
Education: Minimum of a diploma in any field.
Occupation: Practitioners in conservation or related fields such as research, science, HR, finance, law, fundraising, or community engagement.
Language: Basic English writing and speaking skills required for francophone /lusophone applicants.
Interest: Demonstrated interest and passion for a career in conservation.
