Fellowship Overview
The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship is a unique opportunity for civil society activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine to contribute to their communities through innovative projects. The fellowship focuses on promoting participatory decision-making, social justice, accountability, rule of law, security, resilient digitalization, and a sustainable economy. For the 2025 cohort, there is a special emphasis on projects related to environment and climate change.

EaP Civil Society Fellowship Eligibility
To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must:
Be a citizen of one of the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine)
Be aged 18 or above
Have a good working knowledge of English
Be highly motivated to contribute to the civic community
Have a great idea for a fellowship project either in the area of community engagement or civic tech
Be ambitious to learn and grow as a civic leader
Application Procedure
The application process for the fellowship includes:
Filling out the online application form
Providing a project proposal that aligns with the fellowship’s priorities and special theme
Submitting any required documents as specified in the application guidelines
