EaP Civil Society Fellowships 2025

Applications are now open for the 2025 EaP Civil Society Fellowships! This EU-funded program is designed to support passionate changemakers from the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine) in implementing impactful projects that address community challenges and foster positive change.

Fellowship Overview

The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship is a unique opportunity for civil society activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine to contribute to their communities through innovative projects. The fellowship focuses on promoting participatory decision-making, social justice, accountability, rule of law, security, resilient digitalization, and a sustainable economy. For the 2025 cohort, there is a special emphasis on projects related to environment and climate change.

 

Fellowship Benefits

Participants in the fellowship will receive:

  • Funding: Up to €5,000 to implement their project

  • Coaching: Tailored training and coaching on project management, communication skills, and other technical topics

  • Events: Opportunities to join international events and advanced learning courses

  • Alumni network: Participation in the EaP Civil Society Facility’s Fellowship alumni network

 

EaP Civil Society Fellowship Eligibility

To be eligible for the fellowship, applicants must:

  1. Be a citizen of one of the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine)

  2. Be aged 18 or above

  3. Have a good working knowledge of English

  4. Be highly motivated to contribute to the civic community

  5. Have a great idea for a fellowship project either in the area of community engagement or civic tech

  6. Be ambitious to learn and grow as a civic leader

 

Application Procedure

The application process for the fellowship includes:

  1. Filling out the online application form

  2. Providing a project proposal that aligns with the fellowship’s priorities and special theme

  3. Submitting any required documents as specified in the application guidelines
