🎓 Eisenhower Global Fellowship Overview
The Eisenhower Global Fellowship 2026 is designed to empower mid-career professionals who have demonstrated leadership and a commitment to making a positive impact. Participants will engage in a nearly six-week program that includes:

Project Development: Support in refining and advancing a project that addresses a significant challenge or opportunity in the Fellow's home country or sector.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Age: Preferably between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the program.
Citizenship/Residency: Must have citizenship and/or have resided in the country of application for at least five years. Applicants residing in the U.S. are ineligible for international programs.
Professional Experience: Demonstrated track record of leadership and achievement in their respective fields.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language.
Commitment: Ability to commit full-time to the fellowship during the in-person program period.
Workplace Approval: Must obtain approval from their employer to take leave for the duration of the program.
Previous Fellowships: Applicants who have participated in any fellowship within the past two years are ineligible.
Purpose of Fellowship: The fellowship cannot be used for business transactions, fundraising, or seeking financial support.
Application Integrity: Use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) in application essays is prohibited; all sources must be properly cited.
📝 Application Procedure
Step 1: Prepare Required Documents

Personal statement outlining the proposed project, its relevance, and potential impact
Letters of recommendation, preferably from members of the EF global network if applicable.
Proof of citizenship/residency and language proficiency.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews between May and July 2025.
