Eligibility Criteria
Completion of a Master’s degree in architecture or urban planning by 2025.
Non-employment status as a freelance architect or urban planner.
Applicants cannot remain enrolled in universities (excluding doctoral students) during the residency period.
Must not have previously undertaken postgraduate fellowships.
Non-EU applicants require residency permits allowing self-employment.
Not receiving other funding from the City of Cologne during the fellowship.
Proficiency in German or English at C1 level or as a native speaker.
