Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the HSRC Internship Programme 2025-2027, applicants must:

  1. Be a South African citizen or permanent resident with a valid South African Identity Document.

  2. Be currently unemployed and 35 years of age or younger at the time of appointment.

  3. Hold an NQF Level 7 to 9 qualification from a DHET-accredited higher education institution.
