Program Overview
The IIJ Research Laboratory conducts advanced research in Internet technologies and collaborates with the WIDE Project. Interns will work on cutting-edge research projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in networking, cybersecurity, data analysis, and software development. Available Projects and Qualifications

1. Traffic Measurement and Data Analysis
Research on Internet traffic trends using IIJ’s datasets
Develop broadband QoE measurement tools and monitoring solutions

2. Library Operating System
Develop a feature-rich network stack using a library OS approach
Performance benchmarking and container runtime integration
