Scholarship Overview

Students must enroll in one of IOCB’s partner universities, which include:

  • Charles University, Prague

  • University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague

  • Masaryk University, Brno (Faculty of Science)

  • Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague

  • Palacký University, Olomouc

 

Scholarship Funding and Benefit

Eligibility Criteria

Application Procedure

1. Choose a PhD Project

Review the list of available PhD projects, organized by the three research clusters (CHEM, BIO, PHYS). Applicants may choose up to three projects but are encouraged to stay within a single cluster.


2. Prepare the required documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Cover Letter

  • BSc and MSc transcripts


3. Online Submission

Submit your application online through the online application portal by 3 March 2025.


4. Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interviews at IOCB Prague on 20 March 2025.


5. Final results

Final results will be communicated by 4 April 2025. Accepted candidates must then apply for enrollment at the relevant partner university.
