Call for Applications for the Enterprising Futures Scholarship 2025 to attend the One Young World Summit in Munich.
The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) invests in education and youth employment, aiming to bridge the gap between the skills young people learn and labor market demands. In support of these efforts, the Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO) offers an annual scholarship in collaboration with One Young World, providing young leaders and entrepreneurs the chance to attend the One Young World Summit.
One Young World Summit 2025
The One Young World Summit 2025 will gather 2,000 young leaders from over 190 countries in Munich between November 3 - 6, 2025. Delegates will present and debate solutions to global issues alongside senior leaders, offering young entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to engage, build on successful initiatives, and connect with other changemakers worldwide.
Enterprising Futures Scholars Benefits
Access to additional events organized by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025, from November 3 - 6 in Munich, Germany.
Hotel accommodation during the summit, and one additional night for visa applications (if required).
Travel expenses, including international flights (economy), domestic travel to the airport, and travel for visa applications (if necessary).
Visa costs, including those required for the visa appointment.
Catering, including breakfast at the hotel, and lunch and dinner at the summit.
Transportation between the summit accommodation and the venue.
Lifetime membership to the OYW community.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be:
Aged 18 – 35 by the date of the One Young World 2025 Summit in November.
Actively engaged in youth employment and job creation, either as entrepreneurs or in similar roles (demonstrable experience required).
Nationals of and residents in one of the following countries: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iraq (including Kurdistan region), Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Uganda. Candidates with refugee status are eligible.
Proficient in English, as the summit and related programs will be conducted in English.
Available to participate full-time from November 2 - 7, including pre- and post-programme dates.

Expectations of Selected Scholars
Selected scholars are expected to actively participate in the program. Previous scholars have conducted ecosystem mappings, advised on new initiatives, and shared their experiences at various events organized by the Dutch MFA or its partners. The Dutch MFA aims to expand its network of young role models and entrepreneurs in Africa and the Middle East.

Applications for the Enterprising Futures Scholarship 2025 are submitted online through the designated online application form.
