Applications are now open for the Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PELF) 2025, a six-month intensive leadership development program designed to equip 34 young leaders—two from each of Plateau State’s 17 Local Government Areas—with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to influence policies, drive sustainable development initiatives, and implement solutions for community transformation. Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship Overview
The Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PELF) is structured to provide participants with:
Leadership Training and Development: Enhancing leadership capabilities through structured training sessions.
Mentorship and Networking: Connecting fellows with experienced mentors and a network of like-minded peers.
Policy Advocacy and Governance Training: Building skills to effectively engage in policy-making processes and governance.

Structured Learning Visits: Exposure to successful initiatives and organizations for practical insights.
Leadership Bootcamp: An intensive session to consolidate learning and foster team building.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship Applicants must:
Be between the ages of 20 and 35 years.
Have a minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree or be a current student.
Be an indigene of Plateau State, Nigeria.
Demonstrate a track record of leadership or community engagement.
Show commitment to policy influence, governance, and sustainable development.
Have a passion for creating positive change in their communities.
