Program Overview
The AIT program is structured to guide students through a comprehensive four-year journey toward careers in technology. Scholars will gain essential skills, industry exposure, and access to a network of peers, mentors, and professionals in the tech field. Participants will engage in structured learning, technical interview preparation, and networking opportunities designed to help them secure and thrive in technology roles.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be entering a U.S. college or university as a first-year student in the 2024-2025 academic year
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Software Engineering or Data Science
Must be of African descent
Must come from a low-income household
Application Procedure
Applications open in December and close in April. Selected applicants will be invited for an interview in May, followed by participation in the Pre-Program Boot Camp in June and July. Final decisions will be announced before the program officially starts.
