Scholarship Overview
The Singapore Ministry of Education Postgraduate Scholarships (PGS) and Postgraduate Awards (PGA) aim to enhance professional development in education through advanced studies. The scholarship supports full-time postgraduate studies in subject-specific areas, curriculum and teaching, or specialized education fields. Awardees are expected to contribute to the MOE system post-graduation, either in schools or HQ divisions, based on organizational needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Nationality: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents intending to take up Singapore Citizenship.
Academic Background: Undergraduate degree & At least 5 years of trained experience in the education field as of December 31, 2025.
Professional Performance: At least one "B" endorsed performance grade within the past 3 years.
Conduct:Consistent good conduct.
Service Requirement: Fulfillment of service obligations for prior professional development programs.
Application Procedure
1. For In-Service EOs:
Apply online via the HR and Payroll (HRP) portal by January 22, 2025.
Indicate the Principal/Branch Head as the reporting officer for endorsement.
2. For Trained Teachers Outside MOE System:
Submit the application form (available in Annex A) via email to [MOE_TMU@moe.gov.sg] by the same deadline.
3. Required Documents:
Education transcripts and certificates.
Employment certificates.
Prospectus of proposed course(s) of study.
4. Selection Process:
January to March 2025: Initial eligibility checks and shortlisting.
March to April 2025: Selection interviews.
June 2025: Notification of results.
5. Additional Requirements:
Shortlisted external applicants must undergo a one-year posting to MOE schools/HQ for evaluation before final award confirmation.

Course Selection:

Deployment After Studies:
