Who can Apply
To be qualified for the Australian NT scholarship, You must:
have applied and obtained an offer of admission to study in the NT
have a demonstrated record of academic excellence, community engagement and leadership
be accepted to study with one of the NT’s education or training providers listed under “Participating providers” (below see below section)
meet the NT education or training provider's academic and English entry criteria
be residing interstate or overseas and planning to move to the NT at the time of submitting your application
not already be living in the NT or studying with an NT education provider
not hold any other scholarship (except Charles Darwin University Global Merit Scholarship)
have submitted your completed scholarship application form to Study NT, and
not be a current Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen

Application Procedure and Timeline
To apply for the Australian NT scholarship, fellow below steps:
1). Prepare below documents
Certificate of Enrolment from your education provider
Letters of support from two appropriate referees (e.g. colleagues, employers, teachers, lecturers)
Proof of arrival date in the NT (i.e booking confirmation for airline ticket)
Completed application form for Study in Australia’s NT Scholarship program (Download the PDF form here)
2). Send by email your completed application including all supporting documents to Study NT at: studynt@nt.gov.au

1). Charles Darwin University applications must be submitted no later than the dates below:
Summer semester 2024: 11 Oct. 2024
Semester 1 2025: 24 January 2025
2). TAFE. Scholarships
Semester 1 2025: 22 November 2024
3). Department of Education applications must be submitted no later than the dates below:
30 September 2024
