The TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship Program is a collaborative initiative involving the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), Mastercard Foundation, and the Global Confederation of Higher Education Associations for Agricultural and Life Sciences (GCHERA). This program aims to revolutionize agricultural education by equipping students and institutions to lead transformative changes in agriculture and food systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Application Procedure
Generally speaking, To apply for the scholarship you'll have to also apply for an eligible programme at a participating university, the process is as follows:
Visit the official application portal of the participating universities (see the list of participating universities and a link to their call for applications to know the exact process) and apply for admission to an eligible programme.
Complete the online scholarship application form available on RUFORUM Information Management System (RIMS) .
Submit the required documents, which may include:
- Academic transcripts and certificates
- Proof of age and nationality
- Personal statement or motivation letter
- Recommendation letters
- Proof of refugee or asylum seeker status (if applicable)
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Both stages Above (Applying for the university & Applying for the scholarship) have to be done concurrently.
