Gratitude Network Fellowship 2025 Overview

The Gratitude Network Fellowship is a one-year program designed to empower social entrepreneurs and their organizations that serve children and youth worldwide. The fellowship focuses on leadership development, organizational growth, and expanding social impact in the areas of:

  1. Education

  2. Health and Well-being

  3. Children’s Rights


Fellowship Structure

  • Duration: 12 months (July to June).

  • Cohort Size: 30 global Fellows annually.

  • Format: Virtual sessions with a monthly time commitment of 7–10 hours.


Program Features and Activities

1. Leadership Development:

  • Builds confidence and capabilities of leaders.

  • Equips Fellows with tools and strategies to effectively lead their teams and organizations.

  • Focus on planning, goal tracking, and team management.


2. Organizational Growth:

  • Alignment of leadership teams around a shared vision.

  • Development of multi-year strategic plans.

  • Guidance on achieving clear expansion goals.


3. Global Community:

  • Opportunity to connect with and learn from other nonprofit leaders in the global cohort.

  • Access to a supportive network of social impact changemakers.

Eligibility Criteria

The fellowship is open to growth-stage nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth globally. Leaders must demonstrate a commitment to expanding their organization's impact through the program.


To be eligible for the Gratitude Network Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. For Organization:

  • Legally registered non-profit, charity, NGO organization

  • At least two full-time equivalent employees (can include the applicant)

  • Operating budget between USD 50,000 – 2 million

  • Beneficiaries must primarily be children/youth and served in one of the following categories: Education, Health and Well-being, Children’s Rights

  • Ready to scale and expand the impact of the organization


2. For Applicant/Leader:

  • Has strategic decision making power for the organization

  • Ready and interested to lead the organization through scaling and expanding impact

  • Coachable – interested in working with a leadership development coach

  • Adhere to the time commitments and schedule of the Fellowship
