  2. NIH-Style Biosketch: Summarizing academic achievements and professional history (See formatting here)

  3. Research Project Outline: Detailed objectives and specific aims of current or future research.

  4. Personal Statement: Career goals and alignment with HNMS mission, including examples of devotion to science.

  5. Recommendation Letters: Up to two letters from mentors (sent directly to the selection committee).
