Quad Fellow Programme Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a citizen or legal permanent resident of a Quad or Southeast Asian country.
Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a STEM field by August 2025.
Demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to societal impact through STEM.
Be a prospective or current graduate student enrolled full-time in an eligible US-based STEM program for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Demonstrated English Language Proficiency
⚠️ NOTE: Clinical healthcare degrees (e.g., medicine, nursing) and business degrees (e.g., MBA) are not eligible.

Application Documents and Procedure
Before starting your application, prepare the following documents:
Official Transcripts: Undergraduate and, if applicable, graduate transcripts. Non-English transcripts must include translations.
Statement of Purpose: Outline academic and professional goals and societal impact aspirations.
Two Short Essays: [Curiosity, Compassion, and Integrity] AND [Initiative, Innovation, and Creativity]
Resume: Up to two pages, detailing education, work experience, and achievements.
Three Letters of Recommendation: At least two from academic references; one can be professional. Letters must be submitted in English.
