Applications are now open for The United Nations Global Compact's Climate Ambition Accelerator. This six-month program designed to equip companies with the knowledge and skills needed to set and achieve science-based emissions reduction targets aligned with the 1.5°C pathway, ultimately aiming for net-zero emissions by 2050.

Eligibility Criteria
To participate, companies must be members of the UN Global Compact or willing to join, and:
Engaged with a Global Compact Country Network in their region or willing to join.
Interested in setting ambitious emissions reduction targets aligned with climate science, in line with the Paris Agreement goals.
Willing to appoint two representatives for program activities and an executive-level representative to support and participate in high-level events.

Application Deadline: April 30, 2025
Program Duration: May 2025 to November 2025 (exact dates may vary by region)
