Scholarships Offered


1. LLB and LLB for Grads International Student Scholarship

A long-running scholarship supporting undergraduate students from around the world. Awards are £3,000 per year applicable as a fee waiver.


2. Benussi Bursary (LLB)

Established in 2005, this bursary provides financial support to students during their time at Birmingham Law School.


3. Harding International Legal Scholarship (LLM)

Encourages international students to study LLM Programmes. Awards of up to £5,000 as a fee waiver, with a focus on supporting employability in the legal sector.


4. College of Arts and Law Masters Scholarship (LLM)

An awards of up to £10,000 for postgraduate courses in the College of Arts and Law.


5. Kalisher Trust Scholarship (LLM)

A full scholarship for Home fee status students, along with a £6,000 bursary, to encourage talented students pursuing a career in criminal law.


6. GREAT British Council Justice and Law Scholarships 2024/25 (LLM)

In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, this scholarship is available to a student in Nigeria applying for a postgraduate course at Birmingham Law School¹.


7. MSc Law, Regulation and AI Ethics Scholarship

Funded by the Office for Students (OfS), this scholarship supports under-represented groups in developing skills in data science and artificial intelligence. Eligibility criteria include being a Home student and applying for the MSc Law, Regulation and AI Ethics full-time program.
